Scranton Automotive

I had an amazing experience here at Scranton Automotive. My car was having issues with the AC in the middle of 90 degree weather and they took me in the next day of calling. Within about 10 minutes of arriving, they had diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote and made sure that I was comfortable with the price that I was paying for the work that they were about to do. The entire repair was completed much faster than expected and I was very impressed with how efficient the service was. Harry, George and Issac were extremely personable and friendly and I will be recommending this place to family and friends. If my car ever has any other issues, I will be taking it back!

Easily the best auto repair experience I've ever had. I brought my manual transmission car in after a previous garage wrecked my clutch — and by the time I limped to Scranton Automotive, the car was getting rapidly worse. Harry literally helped me push it into the shop. He gave me a fair price, answered every question I had, and put all my doubts to rest. When I came to pick it up, the crew was having a BBQ and handed me a burger. The car came back with a new clutch and flywheel and runs better than it ever has.

Okay, so I went into this place with doubts at first. We can all see all these 5 star reviews, and it really seemed too good to be true, so I was wary. But they definitely did live up to those 5 stars. Kept me updated regularly on what was happening, didn't try to overcharge me, the owner is really chill and even gave me a ride back to my house once I dropped off my car (and picked me up when it was ready)....and his vibes...he immediately made me feel like I made the right decision. So while all these 5-stars seem too good to be true....well, you're not dreaming, it's really real lol they earned every single one of those 5-star reviews.

My car wouldn't start while I was out to lunch. Harry helped me coordinate a tow and looked at my car right away. Turned out to be an extremely simple repair and he was quick and generous in fixing. More than fair in terms of price. Would definitely recommend!

Andy and his team were able to work on my car at short notice. The problem turned out to tricky, and several people brainstormed on the solution. Great service, nice people, reasonable pricing. Plus - cute & friendly dogs optionally available to pet!
